Position Overview

Starting Pay: $20/hour + benefits and room for advancement.
Post-training and successful production achieved, promotion occurs with an hourly wage increase and 100% uncapped commissions
Training: Begin with a week of in-class training, followed by hands-on mentorship.
Growth Opportunities: Flexible timeline to remain in the Sales Associate role, with the goal of promotion to Sales Representative and beyond.

Ongoing Training and Opportunity: Our current Sales Team has 10+ years with our company, providing proof of strong earning potential. Additionally, all our Managers began as Sales Associates, progressing to their current salaried positions.
